The CAC Performs At UTC Opening  
Thousands came to the opening of The Mall at University Town Center over the weekend to check the new retail site out. Among the highlights were the performances by Circus Sarasota acts and Sailor Circus Academy students. We were honored to be a part of the grand opening of this exciting new venture.

Golf Tournament A Great Success

 
Our 2nd Annual Circus Arts Charity Golf Tournament at the Founders Club Golf Club on October 20th was a huge success! Golfer enjoyed an extraordinary day on the greens and were amazed by the specialty contests, a helicopter ball drop with a $1000 prize, outstanding entertainment by Duo Romanesc and a delicious gourmet BBQ. Proceeds raised at the event benefit The CAC’s three outreach programs: Sailor Circus Academy and the Humor Therapy and Education Programs. A big thank you to all the supporters, sponsors and volunteers who helped to make our event a day to remember!


Sailor Circus Wins Sun Fiesta Parade Award 
Our Sailor Circus students are always a crowd pleaser at local parades and were recently named “Most Entertaining Group” at last weekend’s Sun Fiesta Parade in Venice. The colorful presentation included twenty eight students who unicycled, juggled and marched their way downtown. You can check them out tomorrow as they march at the International Dragon Boat Festival’s Parade of Nations taking place at 6:30 pm on Main Street, Lakewood Ranch. Don’t forget to stop by our booth for fun circus activities for children of all ages.
