Cat Depot positively purr-fect adoption special

for FIV-positive cats and cruelty case cats

Sarasota, Fla. – (July 30, 2014) – Cat Depot announced a Positively Purr-fect adoption special for FIV-positive cats and cruelty case cats. In the first year of adoption, each cat will receive a free veterinary exam at Cat Depot, Rabies vaccine, and a dental cleaning.

“Adopters can be nervous about potential health problems associated with adopting a cat from an animal cruelty case, or an FIV-positive (compromised immune system) cat. We know these deserving cats have the potential to live long and full lives. To support the adoption process, we are promoting Positively Purr-fect cats,” said Shelley Thayer, executive director. “We hope the offer of additional medical care will provide the boost they need to find a family and loving home.”

Cat Depot supports more than 130 cats and kittens on any given day and rescues more than 1,000 cats and kittens annually. Open seven days a week, Cat Depot’s mission is to save lives, find loving homes, and provide the resources and education to improve the destiny of homeless cats.

Cat Depot, a nonprofit, 501(c) 3 no-kill, free-roaming facility, is recognized for its progressive design and commitment to helping homeless, abandoned and injured animals.
