BY Experience, pioneers of global live cinema events, is thrilled to present the cinematic debut of Big Apple Circus with their new show, “METAMORPHOSIS” on Saturday, November 8 at 12:30PM (Eastern). Kids and families alike are raving about Big Apple Circus’ latest Big Top spectacle following the premiere at Dulles Town Center in Sterling, VA. BY Experience will broadcast the performance live from the circus’ Big Top Tent in New York’s Lincoln Center via satellite to more than 650 cinema screens across the U.S., Canada and the U.K., from Los Angeles (CA), Chicago (IL) and Philadelphia (PA) to independent movie houses in Amherst (MA), Providence (RI) and Millerton (NY). New York families can catch New York’s original one-ring circus from the Big Top at Lincoln Center starting Friday, October 17.

 

“METAMORPHOSIS” is a show for all ages, featuring performers from around the world, and an array of classical circus artistry such as clowning, juggling, acrobatics, aerial trapeze and music. The show’s acts are completely animal-friendly.

 

Cinema audiences will be thrilled by the high definition circus appearing before their very eyes, all set to the rhythm of the Big Apple Circus Band. In “METAMORPHOSIS”, the magnificent Ringmaster will summon the spirits of the circus universe to immerse you in the wonder, the joy and the astounding magic of the Big Apple Circus: New York’s original one-ring circus.

                                                                                                                                       

“METAMORPHOSIS” will be available at movie theaters throughout the U.S. and Canada on Saturday, November 8 at 12:30 pm Eastern/11:30 am Central/10:30 am Mountain and tape delayed to 12:30 pm Pacific. In addition to select independent cinemas and performing arts centers, the event will be broadcast to select movie theaters across the country through Fathom Events’ exclusive Digital Broadcast Network. The program will also be seen internationally on varying dates beginning November 15.

The running time for the live broadcast of “METAMORPHOSIS” will be approximately 2 hours, including one 15 minute intermission during which audiences will be treated to “making of” mini-documentary about the creation of the circus show. Ticket prices vary.
