Who: Peter Ticktin, Esq/Brian Littrell, member of the internationally acclaimed group Backstreet Boys, and his wife Leighanne Littrell, along with their company BLB Beach Hut, LLC. files new suit.
What: The Littrells have filed a civil lawsuit (IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE FIRST JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR WALTON COUNTY, FLORIDA GENERAL JURISDICTION DIVISION CASE NO. #231987137) in Walton County, Florida, against local resident Carolyn Barrington Hill for repeated trespassing, harassment, and privacy violations on their private beachfront property. The complaint outlines multiple documented incidents between April and August 2025, including verbal abuse, unauthorized recordings, and incitement of others to trespass.
Despite posting “No Trespassing” signs and clearly marking their property with furniture and boundaries, the defendant allegedly entered the property on numerous occasions, cursed at the Littrells’ property manager, refused to leave when asked, and even had to be removed by law enforcement. The Littrells were ultimately forced to hire private security to protect their home and family.
Why It Matters: This case highlights the emotional and financial toll of repeated property violations, especially for high-profile individuals seeking peace and privacy in their own home. The Littrells allege that the defendant’s actions were deliberate, malicious, and served no legitimate purpose, resulting in emotional distress, loss of enjoyment, and increased security costs.
The lawsuit seeks damages exceeding $50,000 and requests both temporary and permanent injunctions to prevent further trespassing, harassment, and unauthorized recordings.
