Art Center Sarasota Zoom Book Club Monday May 18

Hello Artists & Art Lovers,

This Monday, May 18, Art Center Sarasota will be hosting the second Book Club event via Zoom from 2-3pm. I will be your host and I hope you will join in me as I read Chapter 2 from Jerry Saltz’s new book, How to be An Artist. After reading the chapter we will discuss, share a few stories and maybe even some book and artist suggestions for you to look into during the week. Everyone is welcome. To join the Zoom meeting please click the link below to register. You will need to download zoom to your computer, tablet or phone if you have not already.

I encourage you to buy his book and read along with me each week. Or if you want you can volunteer to read a chapter or two. The Book Club will meet online each week Monday afternoon at 2pm. After reading the chapter we will try a discussion and Q&A.

Please try and login a few minutes before 2 to work out the technology bugs and please remember to keep your microphone muted unless you are speaking. I look forward to seeing all your faces and chatting with you once again on Monday.
