FLORIDA FLAVOR
Art Center Sarasota invites all Florida artists to submit works for the upcoming 3rd annual juried exhibition
Florida Flavor. This exhibition will be in all galleries and will showcase the extraordinary talents of Florida based artists. Artists are invited to submit up to three (3) two- & three-dimensional works in any variety of media. This juried exhibition is un-themed and artwork of various subject matter may be submitted. Art Center Sarasota members
and friends recently returned from a week in Cuba for the Havana Art Biennial. A truly memorable experience. In the next month or so we will be inviting the public to the center for an evening with the travelers and the organizers Pedro Schuck and Marcos Carvajal. See pictures, hear the stories, ask us questions. More trips are in the planning stages if you are interested in getting more info.

Scholarships for  

Summer Art Camp

Awarded  to campers based on financial need. The application, current tax return and teacher recommendation letter must be submitted to the Scholarship Committee by Friday May 29. More info Only completed applications will be considered by the committee. Please mail, fax 941-366-0585 or email the completed applications to Elizabeth Goodwill.

Adopt-a-Camper

Scholarship Fund

has been established to give kids, who are unable to afford the fees for camp, an opportunity to explore their creativity. Full scholarship for one camper for one week is $210. Your contribution is tax-deductible and can make a difference in a child’s summer. To contribute to the fund, Donate Online at or call 941-365-2032.
