‘Ben-Hur’ Races Into the Greatest Movie Debate

Nearly three weeks ago, we pitted the Best Picture Oscar winners of the past 64 years against each other to determine which was truly the Best Picture of all time. Like with any good bracket challenge, there were winners, losers and a slew of upsets.

Who would’ve thought “Rocky” – a fan favorite – wouldn’t make it out of round one? Or that “My Fair Lady” would be so strong in the opening rounds but stumble as we narrowed the field.

So here we are, down to the Final Four. With “Ben-Hur” facing off against “The Godfather” and “The Lord of the Rings” going up against “Forrest Gump,” we knew it was time to call in the bracket experts – ESPN’s Seth Greenberg and Jay Williams.

They analyzed our Final Four and made their picks for who would be moving on to the next round.
