In the morning, the President will receive the Presidential Daily Briefing in the Oval Office. This meeting is closed press.
Later in the morning, the President will meet with rank and file House Democrats on economic issues. This meeting in the Roosevelt Room is closed press.
In the afternoon, the President will travel to the Walter Reed National Military Medical Centerin Bethesda, Maryland to visit with wounded service members. This visit is closed press.
Following the President’s visit with wounded service members, the President will travel to Kansas City, Missouri. There will be travel pool coverage of the President’s departure from Joint Base Andrews and the President’s arrival at the Kansas City International Airport.
The President will remain overnight in Kansas City.
