New local chef each Monday at Shamrock
Continuing Mon., July 28: three small plates and bottomless craft beers for just $20FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
July 22, 2014 Sarasota, Fla.
After a one-week break, The Shamrock (2257 Ringling Blvd.) will continue it’s annual Summer Chef Jam from 8 to 10 p.m. Mon., July 28 with Chef Steve Phelps from Indigenous Restaurant. For just $20, guests can enjoy bottomless pints of Florida craft beers paired with three summer small plates.
Due to the popularity of the series, Ritz-Carlton restaurant Jack Dusty was added to the lineup, visiting the Shamrock on Mon., Aug. 18.
“Chef Jam is going great! We’ve changed a lot of little things this year to make the experience even more enjoyable: extra seating, counters and a larger DJ area,” said Derek Anderson, owner of the Shamrock. “The small plates our chefs have created so far have been fantastic, and pair excellently with the special craft beers we bring in.”
Cafe Americano will follow Indigenous on Mon., Aug 4, then Darwin’s on 4th on Mon., Aug. 11 and finally Jack Dusty finishing the series Mon., Aug. 18.
Ri Quisimo food truck provides space for chefs and Florida’s Swamp Head Brewery offer’s three taps each week. DJ Andy Viohl spins modern and classic favorites throughout the event.
The menu for the following week is released every Friday on the Shamrock’s Facebook page.
Guests may purchase their wristband one hour before the event starts. $20 includes bottomless pints of at least four different Florida beers and three small plates from the chef. |
