Los Angeles – July 17, 2017 – HDNET MOVIES remembers the life and legacy of Oscar®-winning actor Martin Landau with special airings of his performance in the high-stakes poker drama ROUNDERS alongside Matt Damon and Edward Norton on Thursday, July 20 at 10:25pE/7:25pP and Friday, July 21 at 12:25pE/9:25aE. During his remarkable career, which spanned seven decades, Landau starred in countless classic films and TV series, including his Academy Award®-winning performance in ED WOOD, his award-winning role in the TV series MISSION IMPOSSIBLE. Landau passed away Saturday, July 15 at the age of 89.
In September, HDNET MOVIES will present a special broadcast of Landau’s first big-screen performance in the Korean War epic PORK CHOP HILL with Gregory Peck and Rip Torn. More details about this event to follow.
