NEW YORK, NY (July 14, 2017) – Kirstin Maldonado cements a new chapter in her already hugely-successful career with the release of her debut solo EP L O V E, available today via RCA Records. The Pentatonix member and three-time GRAMMY® Award-winning singer rebranded herself this past year as kirstin, debuting a distinct new style when she surprise released the EP’s first track “Break a Little,” and its follow-up “All Night.” The release of L O V E showcases kirstin as a music powerhouse in her own right, as she blends her signature vocals with a fresh electronic production style. Her debut has already shot up the iTunes charts, clinching the No. 1 spot on the Pop albums chart and breaking the Top 10 in the overall charts at #7. The multiplatinum-selling singer will celebrate L O V E by making her broadcast performance debut as kirstin, taking the TODAY Show stage to chat with Kathie Lee and Hoda and perform as Elvis Duran’s Artist of the Month on Wednesday, July 26th. The EP is available in-stores and to stream and purchase across all digital service providers.
“This EP is a coming-of-age story in terms of my confidence,” says Kirstin of her debut. “I really discovered myself and what I’m capable of through this process. Fans have been buzzing about Kirstin’s solo debut since the release of “Break a Little,” but the EP has already been met with critical praise as well. Kirstin will celebrate the release of L O V E with fan signing and performance events in partnership with FYE, starting in Los Angeles, CA on Wednesday, July 19th at Universal CityWalk Hollywood. She will then head to the East Coast for a signing event in New York, NY on Wednesday, July 26th at Sony Square NYC. About Kirstin Maldonado
