With today (February 1) marking the 22nd anniversary of the MITCH SCHNEIDER ORGANIZATION (MSO), the company’s President, Mitch Schneider, has announced the promotion of ANDREA FAULK to the position of Tour Publicist effective immediately. She will work alongside MSO‘s Tour Press Director, Bari Lieberman.
ANDREA began at MSO in 2013 as a part-time Executive Assistant to Libby Coffey and then grew into a full-time position. Over the past three years, ANDREA has been involved in media campaigns for various artists including Slash, Korn, Brian Setzer, Babymetal, Yes, The Mowgli’s, PiL and several music events and brands, including Vans Warped Tour, Monster Energy Drink, Classic Rock Awards and Oscar Salute.
“Andrea’s career arc at MSO is classic: work really hard, learn the ropes and then own it,” says Mitch Schneider. “Take that work ethic, combine it with a desire to keep growing, add her passion for music, particularly international artists, and you end up with a distinctive individual who is a cool asset for MSO.”
ANDREA studied Music Business at the Musicians Institute College of Contemporary Music which led her to interning at various PR companies including MSO. Growing up in a military family living in and out of the U.S, ANDREA developed a passion for music from all around the world. Prior to MSO, she wrote for various music blogs reviewing shows and interviewing a variety of rock and Japanese artists. ANDREA looks forward to establishing herself as a Tour Publicist with MSO and continuing working with unique artists and finding and sharing great music.
