Bay Harbor Hotel’s Beach Bar | Restaurant to Feature Weekend Brunch for Locals
Tampa Bay, FLA (November 9th, 2016) – Beach Bar | Restaurant, located on Old Tampa Bay
next to the Bay Harbor Hotel is now featuring “Brunch on The Bay”, a one-of-a-kind dining
experience. Served from 11am – 3pm every Saturday & Sunday, the brunch caters to travelers
and locals alike. Guests enjoy world-class dining in a casual, waterfront venue.
Executive Chef Timothy Fling’s brunch menu is robust, offering a variety of fresh salads,
traditional breakfast dishes, and many fresh seafood options. Popular dishes include the
Waldorf Salad, Banana Foster’s French Toast, Lobster Roll, Lobster & Shrimp Fritatta, and Crab

“It was my goal to create a menu that would delight the entire family to the most sophisticated
palate. The brunch menu is designed with both sweet and savory options so guests can enjoy
everything from Banana’s Fosters French Toast to fresh Lobster and Shrimp Frittata.

The “Brunch on The Bay” experience doesn’t end at the world-class dining and cocktails. The
property is a 20,000-square-foot indoor/outdoor venue featuring three bars and is a new
contemporary and casual concept. Guests of Beach Bar | Restaurant are drawn to the
destination’s activities, including beach volleyball, jet ski and boat rentals, nautically appointed
day beds with cabanas, arcade games, pool, darts, and more.
Beach Bar | Restaurant features modern and airy nautical décor with light woods, white, tans
and shades of blue. A bodega bar built inside the restaurant will offer guests a separate space
for drinking and dining, while the restaurant brings the outdoors in, it will soon feature fully
retractable glass NanaWalls that open the length of the room to the outdoor lounge. Guests
take in the Florida sunset from waterfront seating, while shaded by a sail-like canopy and
ordering drinks from a rustic beach bar.
