“Team Hot Wheels: The Origin of Awesome” Coming to U.S. Cinemas for Only One Weekend This June
On Saturday, June 7 and Sunday, June 8 at 11:00 a.m. local time, Fathom Events and Mattel present the cinema debut of “Team Hot Wheels: The Origin of Awesome” in select movie theaters nationwide. An event that both kids and parents will enjoy, “Team Hot Wheels: The Origin of Awesome” is the story of how Gage, Rhett, Wyatt and Brandon face off against a mysterious black car that begins transforming the sleepy town of Hilly Woodlands into a wild mess of orange track and outrageous obstacles. Fans will also be treated to an exclusive look under the hood, learning how Team Hot Wheels was created through interviews with the mad geniuses at Mattel, a first-hand look at early sketches and concept art, as well as a glimpse into how the characters were developed from the illustrators behind them.

Fathom Events and Mattel Bring the Family-Friendly “Team Hot Wheels: The Origin of Awesome” to Cinemas Across the Country June 7 and 8 at 11:00 a.m.
Centennial, Colo. – May 20, 2014 – On Saturday, June 7 and Sunday, June 8 at 11:00 a.m. local time, Fathom Events and Mattel present the cinema debut of “Team Hot Wheels: The Origin of Awesome” in select movie theaters nationwide.
