THE BRIDGE ON THE RIVER KWAI (1957)—Wed., June 1 at 8 p.m. ET
Alec Guinness delivers an award-winning performance as a POW forced to build a bridge for his Japanese captors, while a Navy Commander (William Holden) tries to destroy it, in this war epic that took home seven Oscars® in 1958, including Best Picture.

SMC deploys a pair of military dramas, featuring Tom Cruise as a rookie attorney defending Marines charged with murder in A FEW GOOD MEN, with Jack Nicholson, Kevin Bacon, Kiefer Sutherland and Demi Moore.
