I wanted to let everyone know that Zack Johnson, board member of GuitarSarasota is going to be on ABC 7 today, Wednesday, January 6 at noon with John Scalzi to talk about GuitarSarasota’s upcoming season! You can watch live by clicking here.
Also, Jearakul Ekachai, GuitarSarasota’s classical guitar artist scheduled to perform on January 16 will give a short live interview and performance on the classical guitar radio station WUSF 89.1 on January 15 at 1pm. He will be interviewed by Bethany Cagle and you can listen live to that as well by clicking here.
Our next Mini-Concert & Lecture at Ar t Center Sarasota on Monday, January 11 at 7:30pm. We welcome Corda Voce, a classical guitar and soprano duo featuring artists Jon Godfrey and Jenny Kim-Godfrey. This is a free concert, no reservations necessary.
Dr. Zachary Johnson is GuitarSarasota’s host for the evening as well.

Price – free and open to the public, however, we are pleased to accept donations.
No reservations required, seating is limited and it is recommend to arrive 15 minutes.
Concert starts at 7:30pm on the second Monday of the month, November through April.
Your host will be Dr. Zachary Johnson, who will introduce our guests, as well as engage the audience into an enlightening conversation with the artists. This is not your usual concert format.
