(November 13, 2015 – New York, NY) Today, SMSHNG HRTS release their debut EP entitled So Cosmic on RCA Records.
The Oakland, CA bred band brings an unique and innovative sound to the music industry that fuses elements of rock, alternative, soul and electronic music. The group is comprised of Jaden on bass, Martin on drums, Cole on guitar, Ali as DJ and Dylan as lead singer, guitarist and pianist. Collectively, the group of young musicians produced, arranged, wrote and performed So Cosmic in its entirety.
To celebrate the release So Cosmic, SMSHNG HRTS has exclusively premiered the new video for their lead single, “Do You Think About Me” on The FADER. The trippy yet sexy visual is the perfect introduction to the band that was recently compared to legendary electronic dance duo, Daft Punk by Complex.
With a musicality beyond their years and a buzz that is quickly growing, SMSHNG HRTS are surely on their way to becoming the breakout band of 2015 and beyond!
