Sarasota, Fla. – (September 30, 2015) – Cat Depot is pleased to announce the restructuring of the Communications Department and congratulates the following team members:

 

Lynn Rasys, promoted to Director of Communications and Development. Ms. Rasys started in 2009 as co-chair of Cat Depot’s grand opening on 17th Street. She has increased responsibilities including communications, fundraising, events, development and human resources.

 

Tim Weeks, promoted to Systems and Finance Manager, Communications Department. Mr. Weeks has been with Cat Depot since early 2010 and has expanded his position to include finance management, IT, and shelter and clinic systems.

 

New Appointment: Maria Sadowski, Communications Specialist, Communications Department.

Ms. Sadowski’s responsibilities include website administration, social media, graphic design and grants. Ms. Sadowski is a graduate of USF with a B.S. in business management. She is the owner of Sadowski Media and a published writer.

 

Cat Depot also congratulates the following team members on their promotions:

 

Margit Marquardt, promoted to Retail Manager; Cat Depot Supply and Gift Store. Ms. Marquardt has doubled store sales over the last three years expanding with top brand products and supplies, as well as unique and trending gifts.

 

Lena Hernandez, promoted to Volunteer and Education Manager. Ms. Hernandez has increased the number of active and trained volunteers, as well as led a successful summer kid’s camp with sold out participation.
