September 16th 2015 – Stockholm, Sweden Rock/Dark Wave duo Johnathan|Christian have released the newest single off of their second studio album, “The Nothing I Feel“, titled “Goodbye Horses”, a cover of the Q Lazzarus song featured in the movie Silence Of The Lambs. The Nothing I Feel is scheduled to release October 1st, with preorder available HERE.

The Nothing I Feel is the follow up to Johnathan|Christian’s highly successful debut album Beautiful Hideous. The Nothing I Feel continues the momentum by tapping into their Goth Rock roots and blending in some of the finest elements of Dark Wave. Written and produced by Johnathan and Christian and mastered at The Cage Studios, Coventry UK, by Martin Bowes (Attrition) The Nothing I Feel also features a track re-mixed by En Esch (Ex-KMFDM) and drums by The New Creatures’ Tiger Kohen on two tracks including a cover of the Siouxsie & The Banshees/Danny Elfman song “Face To Face”

About Johnathan|Christian

Johnathan|Christian are Johnathan Mooney and Christian Granquist, veterans of the alternative music scene. Composer Johnathan Mooney originally played keyboard for New York’s popular band, “The New Creatures,” and is now living in Orange County, California. Christian Granquist is well known in the Swedish Post-Punk scene having played with members of the pop trio Day Behavior and is the keyboardist for the Stockholm electronic band “The Atom”

Johnathan|Christian cite darkwave artistic influences including such performers as Sisters of Mercy, Bauhaus, Depeche Mode, Joy Division, Siouxsie & The Banshees, The Mission UK and the Cure. Intuitively, their own music typifies the traditional dark wave sound, adding in soaring, epic refrains and dramatic fugues that create a style all their own.
