VISIT THE PAN AMERICAN GAMES CAULDRON AT THE FOOT OF THE CN TOWER*
The Pan American Games cauldron is one of the most iconic symbols of the Games. Constructed of steel, the cauldron, its shape inspired by a female pinecone, is colourful, vibrant and fun — reflecting the Games motto, United We Play! The playful cauldron stands out as a unique piece of art that many people can look upon and see their contributions realized.
Located at the foot of the CN Tower in downtown Toronto, the Pan Am Games cauldron will remain lit for the duration of the Pan American Games. It will be relit during the Parapan American Games Opening Ceremony on August 7 and will remain so for the duration of those Games.
