TEXAS RANGERS ANNOUNCE DETAILS OF

2015 ALL-STAR HOME RUN DERBY/PRINCE FIELDER TICKET OFFER

Fans can save on tickets with every Fielder home run

Arlington, Texas—When Prince Fielder goes yard during next Monday’s All-Star Home Run Derby in Cincinnati, Texas Rangers fans will save.

The Rangers today announced the details of a ticket offer that will be tied to the number of home runs that Fielder hits in the 2015 Gillette Home Run Derby presented by Head & Shoulders on Monday night, July 13 at Great American Ball Park.

For every home run hit by Fielder in that competition, fans can take $1.00 off Lexus Club Box and Lower Box tickets (up to $25.00 off each ticket) for any of three upcoming home games: Monday, August 17 (7:05 p.m.) and Wednesday, August 19 (1:05 p.m.) versus Seattle and Thursday, October 1 (7:05 p.m.) against the Los Angeles Angels.

If Fielder wins the 2015 All-Star Home Run Derby, tickets for the August 17 and 19 and October 1 games will be priced at a 50% discount.

Regardless of the final discount, this offer will be available for 84 hours only beginning at 12 noon on Tuesday, July 14 and ending at 12 midnight on Friday, July 17. The offer will be redeemable at texasrangers.com/Prince by using the coupon code PRINCE.

Fielder will be participating in his sixth career Derby and is one of just three players to ever win the event twice (2009 and 2012). In the Derby’s new streamlined format featuring brackets and timed rounds, the Rangers All-Star DH is the seventh overall seed and will square off with the second seed, Cincinnati’s Todd Frazier in the first round. The other contestants are Chicago Cubs rookie Kris Bryant; Toronto’s Josh Donaldson; Baltimore’s Manny Machado; Los Angeles Dodgers rookie Joc Pederson; the Los Angeles Angels Albert Pujols; and the Chicago Cubs Anthony Rizzo.

The 2015 Gillette Home Run Derby presented by Head & Shoulders will be broadcast live by ESPN, ESPN Radio, and MLB.com beginning at 7:00 p.m. CT on Monday night.
