Full steam ahead for Dereck & Beverly Joubert’s origami rhino campaign!
The Jouberts and the Great Plains Foundation are successfully raising awareness and funds to move 100 rhinos to Botswana from South Africa. One rhino is dying every 7.2 hours in Africa and we need to establish a safe haven for a new population of black and white rhino. It is urgent to rescue rhinos from the current poaching crisis.
The Jouberts encourage the public to continue their support of the campaign as they near the half way mark of the fundraising. Please watch the video below to see a collection of origami rhino ‘selfies’ taken by supporters from around the globe.
