Boston, MA – First Lady Michelle Obama will travel to Boston for a grassroots campaign event at The Strand Theater with Democratic Candidate for Governor Martha Coakley.
Bangor, ME – The First Lady will then travel to Bangor for a grassroots campaign event with Democratic Candidate for Governor Mike Michaud. The event will take place at the Collins Center for the Arts on the campus of The University of Maine, in Orno, ME.

Madison, WI – First Lady Michelle Obama will travel to Madison for a grassroots campaign event with former Trek Bicycle executive and Democratic Candidate for Governor Mary Burke.
Chicago, IL – The First Lady will travel to Chicago to participate in a grassroots campaign event with Governor Pat Quinn.

The White House *11:50 AM – The White House will hold a Fashion Education Workshop that will connect students with leading fashion professionals — from designers to magazine editors to fashion technologists — to show young people what it takes to succeed, and how important it is for the next generation to commit to their education. The First Lady will visit two of the five student workshops which will be led by experts in their field.
White House * 12:45 PM – In the afternoon, as part of the Fashion Education Workshop, the First Lady will deliver remarks in the East Room. Following the First Lady’s remarks will be a panel discussion comprised of designers and experts.
White House * 6:00 PM – The First Lady will hold a reception in Celebration of Design.
