ABC News anchor Amy Robach interviewed Nancy Curtis, Peter Theo Curtis’ mother, this afternoon in Cambridge, Massachusetts, about her son’s release from captivity yesterday in Syria. The American journalist was held hostage for nearly two years by an al-Qaida-linked group in Syria.

The interview will air on “World News with Diane Sawyer” tonight, August 25^th at 6:30pm ET. A portion of the interview will also air on “Good Morning America” tomorrow, August 26^th.
