SubCulture – 45 Bleecker Street (downstairs)

Launching the second season of 92Y Concerts at SubCulture, Brazilian guitarist Odair Assad gives his first 92Y solo recital in the intimate, downtown space of SubCulture. For nearly 50 years Odair has performed concerts with his brother Sérgio as part of the highly acclaimed Assad Brothers Duo. The pair still enjoys an active concert and recording partnership and celebrate their 50th anniversary with the release of a new album and worldwide tour in 2015. The brothers appear in concert at 92Y on Saturday, May 9, 2015.
