Shop, Craft, & Refresh at BUST Craftacular Spring!

NYC’s ultimate shopping party, featuring DIY craft classes, free salon services all day, and more, returns to Brooklyn on April 23rd, 2016.
 
Brooklyn, NY – The spring edition of BUST Magazine’s don’t-miss, all-day shopping party, the BUST Craftacular will return to Brooklyn on April 23rd, 2016 on Factory Floor at Industry City, located at 233 37th Street, Brooklyn, NY. The indie craft fair will highlight over 100+ trendsetting makers selling handmade and vintage treasures, accessories, clothing, beauty products, original art, delicious treats and offering craft tutorials at their booths. This is the spot to get you ready for a whole new Spring season. The first 200 attendees will get a free swag bag! Admission is free.
Celebrity & Local Vendors:
The event will feature some celebrity vendors, including Theo Kogan’s (Lunachicks) Amour Beauty rock’n’roll beauty line. Attendees can meet comedian, Lizz Winstead (The Daily Show), and buy swag from her activism group Lady Parts Justice. The BUST Craftacular will also feature local vendors like The Local Branch, By Boe, Morphologically, Flynn & King, Dirty Dolls Lingerie, Sail Away Coffee Co. and East Village Vintage Collective to name a few! Guest DJs:
Kristin Welchez (Dee Dee from the Dum Dum Girls) will be our special guest DJ under her solo project, Kristin Kontrol. That’s So Raben known for her epic #PUSSYPOWER parties in Brooklyn will also be performing a set.

Brooklyn Craft Company the Greenpoint hub of all things DIY based lead by expert crafter, Brett Bara, will be hosting hands-on workshops throughout the day.

Brooklyn Fashion Week Preview:
BK Style Foundation will host a preview catwalk at 5:00 p.m. for Fashion Week Brooklyn featuring a collaboration between local streetwear designer Brooklyn Celebrity, and Abou Gangue’s brooklyn-based atelier known for bespoke wrap-skirts known as Kangas.
PLUS:
BUST will offer fresh #feminist breakfast cocktails & nitro-brewed iced coffee from Sail Away.
