We’re doing a little spring cleaning, simplifying our newsletter and trotting out some of the products we’ve been waiting all winter to talk about.… Kicking off with cocktail bitters!
B-Hoppy Candy Dr Adam Elmegirab's Aphrodite Bitters

The difference between this candy and a beer is that it’s all hops, with none of that distracting yeasty or malty aftertaste you get when drinking a beer. Each variation has the distinctive floral and citrus flavors of a fresh hop cone, free of any residual bitterness. A true, hi-fidelity representation of hops at their purest!

Cascade Hop Candy – If you’ve ever tasted a true American Pale Ale, you’ll know that the hops is defined by its unmistakable flowery grapefruit aroma and moderate bitterness. The signature hop candy.

Saaz Hop Candy – Many of your favorite Pilsners, like the original Urquell, Rogue Dead Guy Ale, and Stella Artois, use the hops in their beers. Delicate and earthy, this amber colored candy tastes of warm spice.

East Kent Goldings Hop Candy – Sweet and juicy, this candy is tailor-made for those that enjoy light and refreshing brews, like the Sam Adams Deconstructed 48 IPA.

Do all these sound too good? Try our Hop Candy 12-Piece Assortment.

Summer is beckoning! Put your own twist on the traditional Daiquiri with Dr. Adam Elmegirab’s Aphrodite Bitters. These cocktail bitters are infused with chocolate, cocoa nibs, ginger root, red chili, Arabica coffee, and ginseng, and then compounded together to create a rich flavor profile with notes of espresso, vanilla, and oak.

Try this simple cocktail recipe:

Mix the rum, hibiscus limon and gum syrup in a glass. Dash in the bitters. Stir and serve over ice, garnish with lime wheel.

Enjoy!
