The Maze Runner: Advance Clips and Conversation

With James Dashner, Dylan O’Brien and Jacob Latimore

Tuesday, Sept. 16 – at 92Y

NEW YORK, NY: September 2, 2014– Before The Maze Runner hits movie theaters across the country, the cast of the one of the fall’s most anticipated films visits 92Y – on Tuesday, Sept. 16 at 7:30 pm — for a sneak peek of clips and a conversation. Actors Dylan O’Brien (who plays Thomas in the film and stars in the television show “Teen Wolf”) and Jacob Latimore, join author James Dashner to discuss adapting the book into film and its post-apocalyptic themes.

The story centers on Thomas, who wakes up trapped in a massive maze with a group of other boys. He has no memory of the outside world other than strange dreams about a mysterious organization known as W.C.K.D. Only by piecing together fragments of his past with clues he discovers in the maze can Thomas hope to uncover his true purpose and a way to escape.

The Maze Runner opens nationwide on Sep 19.
