The Small Business/Self Employed Division of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), will facilitate a forum for small business owners on Tuesday, June 30 from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. at North Sarasota Public Library, 2801 Newtown Estates Blvd. The forum will provide government agencies, small business organizations and small business owners an opportunity to exchange information and discuss issues affecting small businesses.

 

In addition to the IRS, several local organizations will participate in a panel discussion aimed at assisting small businesses. Panelists include CareerSource Suncoast, Department of Labor, Florida Department of Environmental Protection, North Sarasota Entrepreneurial Collaborative, SCORE, Small Business Administration, Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Sarasota-Manatee and Suncoast Community Capital.

 

This event is sponsored by Urban Auto Sales, Inc., and partnerships include CareerSource Suncoast and City of Sarasota, Newtown/North Sarasota Redevelopment Office. The forum will include a panel discussion, Q&A and networking. A complimentary light lunch will be provided.
