“The downtown St. Pete community is incredibly collaborative, and we are excited to be showcasing that with the introduction of White Linen Nights,” said The Cider Press Café’s Executive Chef, Johan Everstijn. “We want to start a tradition here, while also thanking the community members who have supported all of us over the years.”

White Linen Nights is a tradition with simple beginnings. Before there was air conditioning, people would wear white linen in an effort combat the heat. Today this same tradition is revisited annually in places like Houston, New Orleans, and now St. Petersburg, but with a modern twist.
