After making two internationally acclaimed films includingSmoke, Mirrors-which was exhibited at three film festivals—brilliant auteur Assaf Ben Shetrit delivers another thought provoking new film entitled No Expectations. No Expectations follows a couple—Ethan and Dawn—as they have a one night stand followed by Dawn’s abrupt departure. As Ethan attempts to sort out how he could have altered the outcome, viewers are shown five possible outcomes which provide a window into each character’s history. Assaf Ben Shetrit has already established himself as one of the film communities most promising directors with Let’s Get Awesome. In addition to writing the critically acclaimed screenplays, Genesis, Shesh Besh and The Chronicles of Lovable Losers, Shetrit has also worked as an actor alongside major stars like Adam Sandler and Kiefer Sutherland.
