Williams Parker Publishes “Requisite II”

The second edition focuses on real estate issues and features thought-provoking articles and opinion pieces and an exclusive interview with Christopher Silver, dean of the College of Design, Construction and Planning at the University of Florida.

(Sarasota, FL) The Sarasota-based law firm of Williams Parker recently published its second edition of “Requisite,” the firm’s thought-leadership publication offering insights on legal issues. The inaugural edition, which centered on philanthropy, was published in fall 2014 (http://williamsparker.com/DigitalPublications/requisiteissue1/index.html). The current edition focuses on real estate issues and features pieces on uncommon investment opportunities; a guide to purchasing luxury real estate; considerations for passive investors in real estate joint ventures; and a commonsense analysis of letters of intent. The issue also features an interview with Christopher Silver, dean of the College of Design, Construction and Planning at the University of Florida. Silver speaks about the roles of design, construction, and planning in influencing a community’s economic and cultural development.

“This issue of ‘Requisite’ shines a light on the fascinating intersection of real estate and the law,” says William M. Seider, president of Williams Parker. “Turning dreams into bricks and mortar is never easy. We cut through the complexity and offer lucid explanations of the choices, issues and possibilities you face in the legal arena.”

According to Seider, “Requisite” is a valuable tool for the firm’s clients and others.

“The lawyers of William Parker have a vast range of knowledge and experience. ‘Requisite’ draws on that wisdom and makes it available in the most lucid manner possible,” he says. “Knowledge is power. Empowering our colleagues and clients is our goal.”
