Visit Sarasota County wins awards from Florida Festivals & Events Association

 

SARASOTA, Fla. (August 27, 2014) – Visit Sarasota County (VSC) won two first-place awards in the Florida Festivals & Events Association (FFEA)   2014 SUNSATIONAL AWARDS competition. Awards were given at FFEA’s 20th Anniversary convention in Orlando, Fla. on August 14, 2014. FFEA is a not-for-profit association dedicated to supporting and promoting more than 750 festivals, events, and fairs in the state of Florida.

 

VSC won in the Brochure category for the Savor Sarasota Restaurant Week newspaper insert and in the Website category for the Savor Sarasota Restaurant Week website, www.savorsarasota.org.

 

Winners were selected by a panel of judges representing media outlets, printing companies, website designers, photographers, promotional marketing professionals and social media experts.
