Music & DJ Students Will Showcase All The Skills They’ve Learned In The Art of Music and Production On One of Long Island’s Best Music Stages
October, 2017 (Amityville, NY) — On Saturday, December 16th from 12PM to 3PM, The New York Academy of Music and its Spin DJ Academy — two premiere programs ushering in a new era of music lessons, combining traditional instrument education with electronic music education — will be hosting their very own Student Performances at Amityville Music Hall (198 BROADWAY, AMITYVILLE, NY 11701)!
Featuring state of the art lesson rooms and an amazing space to host your next special event, the Academy offers lessons for Guitar, Piano, Voice, Drums, Bass, Orchestra and Band that are convenient and affordable with the widest range of lesson times. The space also hosts everything from Live Performances to Individual Music Showcases, Spin DJ Birthday Parties, Spin DJ Date Night, and more!
Along with instrument and voice lessons, their Spin DJ Academy is a unique new program for fledgling EDM or Hip Hop DJ’s to learn the tricks of the trade from “scratch”, and for traditional turntable mobile DJ’s to learn the new digital equipment and methods is the first of it’s kind on Long Island. Now with four locations, the school is the perfect place for anyone to start their journey learning to DJ, or learning advanced skills in DJing and Music Production!
Combining a number of great live art forms on one stage, these two music academies are getting ready to let their students true talents shine! From solo acts to full band performances and DJ sets, they’ll get ready to bring all their hard work to fruition as they feel the energy of a crowd and build of that excitement to perform LIVE, many for the very first time.
