Terri Behling, APR, CPRC elected to serve as president of the Florida Public Relations Association

 

Sarasota, Fla. (August 11, 2016) – Terri Behling, APR, CPRC, a member of the Central West Coast Chapter of the Florida Public Relations Association (CWC-FPRA) was sworn in as the 2017 President of the Florida Public Relations Association (FPRA) on Monday, August 8, 2016 at the Association’s annual conference in Innsbrook Resort and Gulf Club in Palm Harbor, Florida.

Behling will serve a one-year term officially beginning September 1, 2016. FPRA is the leading association for public relations and communications professionals in Florida. FPRA has 16 chapters across the state.

Behling is the External Affairs Manager at Southwest Water Management District and has been an active member of the CWC-FPRA Chapter and the State Association for more than 15 years. She was recognized in 2015 with FPRA’s  Member of the Year Award.

 

About FPRA:

The Florida Public Relations Association (FPRA) has been serving Florida public relations professionals for 70 years, being founded in 1938 by Lt. Col. John W. Dillin.  FPRA is the oldest public relations organization in the United States.
