Start and end the week with a moment of inward focus. Calm and quiet the mind with a guided meditation and clear and rejuvenate the body with a gentle stretch.
Teen and Tween Action Club – REGISTER
We had such a great time last week at our virtual action club, we have scheduled another afternoon of PopAction, juggling games and more on May 16, 3 pm. Open to kids ages 10+! Suggested donation of $15 to help us pay our teaching artists.
KidAction and KidFly students enrolled in our spring semester will continue to receive their weekly class materials directly. |
