“worth seeing, a solid, talent-filled production that reminds us once again how given a very midsummer madness, we are all fools for love.” – Daniel M. Gold, The New York Times (Sonnet Rep’s production of Twelfth Night)

“It’s a brave theater company to undertake Jean Genet’s The Maids. The play is arguably a modern classic, earning a read in college theater history classes and a rich reputation among lovers of the avant-garde. But for all its lore, it’s rare to find it among a theater company’s production schedule-the reputation is just too much to live up to. Thankfully, Sonnet Repertory Theatre Company has offered New York City an opportunity to see the classic brought to life.”
Sarah Lucie, Show Business Weekly (Sonnet Rep’s production of The Maids)
“If what you’re after is stunning theatre, this is the production to see.”
Alexander Hamilton, Stage and Cinema (Sonnet Rep’s production of Richard II)
