REGISTER NOW FOR CHEAP, DRUNKEN BEGINNER GROUP VIOLIN + GUITAR LESSONS

The name says it all. Nothing says you will be drinking at your guitar or violin lesson like signing up for a class called “Booze Guitar” or “Booze Violin.” The folks at Bantam Studios don’t mince words: They’ve created a casual, engaging and compelling way for aspiring musicians to learn a new instrument and meet new people. Booze Guitar and Booze Violin, offered for 8 weeks and starting the week of September 20, serve beer and wine at every class, along with lessons tailored to making the instruments accessible in a group setting. It’s like a night out at a bar, with the added bonus of newly-acquired musical knowledge!

The $200 tuition includes the beer and wine, and an additional $60 will allow you to rent an instrument for the eight week session if you’re not already sporting your own. And at the end of the semester, students will have an opportunity to perform in a private concert at a performance venue in Brooklyn.

Absolute beginners can register for violin here and for guitar here, while those with some experience can check out the other class options here. Spots are filling up fast, so don’t miss out or you’ll be saying, “Aw, fiddlesticks.”

If you have questions about the class or placement, please fill out the form here and we’ll get back to you ASAP.
