Classic & Classical with Perlman Music Program Alumni

For the first time ever, four alumni of the Perlman Music Program’s Sarasota Winter Residency program will come together as a Quartet. Individually they have performed all over the world including Carnegie Hall, Berliner Philharmonie, New York Philharmonie and countless others.

There are two unique opportunities to hear these uber talented musicians perform together. The first is at Sarasota Classic Car Museum on Thursday, Oct. 13th at 7pm. Musical performance includes selections by Haydn and Dvorak, followed by a meet and greet with the artists. Tickets are only $15 and include visiting the car museum.

On Sunday, Oct. 16th from 1-3pm they will be at Selby Gardens as part of the Gardens’ Fall Garden Music Series. Repertoire will include the entire work of Haydn String Quartet No. 57 in C Major, Op.74, No.1 and Dvorak String Quartet No. 12 in F Major, Op. 96, “American”; as well as selections from Mozart, Fibich and Mendelssohn.
