The single “Saturns Pattern” is written by Paul with the music co-written by regular sound-desk collaborator Jan ‘Stan’ Kybert.  Contributing to this bright and breezy mod-sermon that slips off into a mighty reprise are Paul’s touring band compadres Ben Gordelier and Andy Crofts  (also from UK band The Moons) on drums and keyboards respectively, with Weller band drummer Steve Pilgrim popping up on ear-catching backing vocals.

“Apparently it’s some kind of wind on the north side of Saturn which created a hexagonal shape” says Paul when asked about the title’s meaning. Ergo, the sleeve of the album illustrates this.

The album “Saturns Pattern” is released on May 19th on Warner Bros. Records. “Saturns Pattern” is an album that will make the summer days seem even longer, but will also heat up the coldest winter’s night. It’s an album aglow with warmth and passion. It’s an album of deep English soul and heart, one that makes you want to fling open the doors and commune with your fellow man and neighbour. It’ll make you feel like dancing when you’re lying down and make you ponder deeply even when you’re grooving to it, lost in melody and rhythm. It’s deep. It’s heavy. It’s soulful. It’s got some very catchy tunes.

The album Saturns Pattern is currently available for pre-order HEREin a variety of formats: Standard CD, Deluxe CD/DVD set, vinyl album, and Limited Edition Deluxe Box Set with CD/DVD/vinyl album. The digital formats will be available in standard and deluxe editions with the deluxe edition featuring previously unreleased bonus tracks. iTunes versions are exclusively mastered.
