Chicago opens Starry Nights for a “Saturday in the Park” with your Jacksonville Symphony.

Michael Krajewski, conductor

One of the great acts of the last 50 years of music, Chicago, an American band formed in 1967, is a self-described “rock and roll band with horns.” The band carried a steady stream of hits throughout the 1970’s and 80’s and is second only to The Beach Boys in Billboard singles and albums chart success. One of the longest-running and most successful rock groups in history, Chicago was inducted this year into the Grammy Hall of Fame.
