PAYS “HOMAGE” TO THE VICTIMS OF THE PARIS ATTACKS

WITH ITS CITY SKATE CONCERT ON MARCH 23!

This piece was created in Paris to honor those who lost their lives in the recent terrorist attacks on November 13th as well as the many others who have fallen due to acts of violence throughout the world. This piece is a plea for peace and understanding between all people.

This City Skate Concert will be presented on Wednesday, March 23 at 1:00 P.M. at The Rink at Rockefeller Center, located on Fifth Avenue between 49th and 50th Street in midtown Manhattan. (Rain date is the next day at 1PM)

In addition to “Homage” the ITNY Ensemble will present several pieces of its own repertory, as well as ice dancer Beata Handra performing “Into the Light” choreographed by Lorna Brown (former member of the John Curry Company) and a Michael Jackson Tribute by Quebec ice artist and international competitor Elladj Baldé.
