GIVEAWAY: BACK TO THE ENCHANTMENT UNDER THE SEA DANCE – FROM BBQ FILMS – 3/22-23

BBQ Films invites you to go back in time and fix the future!

Something has gone terribly wrong in 2014. The time machine is stolen, and the continuum disrupted. We need to go back to 1955 with Doc and Marty, attend the Enchantment Under the Sea Dance, and set everything right.  

On March 22nd and 23rd, BBQ Films is hosting a 1950s prom and a screening of Back to the Future in the St. Patrick’s Gymnasium in Nolita (268 Mulberry Street, NY 10012)! Mingle at the prom with Hill Valley High students and staff, cast your votes for prom king and queen, and enjoy drinks provided by Brooklyn Brewery and Vinos Libres. A portion of event proceeds will benefit the Michael J. Fox Foundation. 

What to expect: 
– A screening of Back to the Future (1985)
– Photos in an Ultravisual Prom Photobooth
– A night at the fully decorated Enchantment Under the Sea Dance
– Live music from Tee Tones (featuring members of Postmodern Jukebox) singing modern hits in 1950s doo-wop style.
– Post show by Mr. Nice with an audio visual time travellng dance party and a DJ set from ‘a place both wonderful and strange,’ + GHOSTCOP
– Drinks by Brooklyn Brewery and Vinos Libres
– A limited-edition event poster by Monozorro
– Cinematic Giveaways from Stphn Hstn
– A special swing dance demonstration
– Special futuristic 3D glasses
