Portraits in Passion

September 25, 2010
8pm | Sarasota Opera House

The Orchestra will perform the premiere of Composer Randall Woolf's Where the Wild Things Are, and will close with Oh Lois a piece based on Superman from Daugherty's Metropolis Symphony. In between, four dynamic Sarasota Orchestra musicians will perform unique solo performances on the harp, French horn, cello and bassoon.  Each solo will be preceded by a short video introducing the musician and selections from the concert will be projected onto the big screen with cameras.
