Bestselling Author Lisa Unger Kicks Off
2015 Arts & Lectures Series
at Manatee Performing Arts Center
The Manatee Performing Arts Center is excited to announce New York Times bestselling author Lisa Unger will be kicking off the 2015 Arts and Lecture Series jointly sponsored by the Manatee Library Foundation, Inc. and the Manatee Performing Arts Center. Unger is the bestselling author of 13 novels and several short stories.
Unger will speak on Monday, May 4, 6:00 pm at the Manatee Performing Arts Center, 502 3rd Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida.
CRAZY LOVE YOU is Unger’s latest release. IN THE BLOOD, now in paperback, was a 2014 Goodreads Choice Awards Nominee for Best Book, Amazon Best Book of the Month, Suspense Magazine Best Books of 2014, Sun Sentinel Best Mystery Novels of 2014 and Indie Next Pick.
The second lecture in the series will be author Jeff Lindsay on Monday July 13, 2015 followed by author Nancy Cohen on Wednesday, October 21, 2015. Immediately following the lecture, a reception with Lisa Unger including Hors d’oeuvres will take place at Palmetto Riverside Bed & Breakfast at 7:30pm where attendees will have the opportunity to meet the author. Attendance is OPTIONAL and IN ADDITION to the lecture series at the Manatee Performing Arts Center. Seating is extremely limited and reservations will be processed on a first come, first serve basis.
