AUDITORIUM THEATRE AUXILIARY BOARD HOSTS ANNUAL “SHHH…IT’S TRIVIA NIGHT!” FUNDRAISER
PROCEEDS FROM EVENT BENEFIT “HANDS TOGETHER, HEART TO ART™,” A SUMMER CAMP FOR CHILDREN WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED THE DEATH OF PARENT
The Auditorium Theatre Auxiliary Board hosts its fourth annual Shhh…It’s Trivia Night! fundraiser on Wednesday, May 10, at 5:30PM. The event takes place at the Murray-Green Library at Roosevelt University’s historic Auditorium Building (430 S Michigan Ave). Proceeds from the event benefit Auditorium Theatre’s Hands Together, Heart to Art™, a performing arts summer camp for children who have experienced the death of a parent.
Tickets are $40 each or $210 for a team of six, and admission includes light appetizers and drinks. Prizes are awarded to the three highest-scoring teams. Raffle tickets for other prizes will also be available to purchase (one ticket for $10, two for $25, five for $40, or ten for $60). Last year’s prizes included a trip to Disney World, tickets to NASCAR’s Sprint Cup Race, and tickets to the Auditorium Theatre’s Devil’s Ball.
“The Auxiliary Board looks forward to returning to the beautiful library at Roosevelt University for the fourth annual Trivia Night event,” says Dillon Goodson, Auditorium Theatre Auxiliary Board Chair. “This event is a fun way to raise money for a great cause, and we love hosting it every year.”

The Auditorium Theatre Auxiliary Board is a diverse group of young professionals committed to furthering the mission of the Auditorium Theatre. The Board is devoted to raising awareness and generating support for the Auditorium’s educational and outreach efforts, as well as the theatre’s world-renowned programming, while helping to fund the restoration and preservation of the National Historic Landmark Auditorium Theatre.
About Hands Together, Heart to Art™
Hands Together, Heart to Art™ brings together children between the ages of 7 and 14 who have experienced the death of a parent to celebrate the healing power of creative play. Through the exploration and creation of dance, theatre, and music, the camp encourages communication and collaboration, fosters emotional growth, and provides the consolation of friendship and compassion..
