Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, beloved as one of the world’s most popular dance companies, will kick off a two week season at Lincoln Center’s David H. Koch Theater today at 5:30pm with a free event for the public – Revelations Celebration on the Plaza.  Learn choreography from Ailey’s American masterpiece, Revelations, led by two beloved former Ailey company members—Nasha Thomas-Schmitt and Renee Robinson— with live drummer and singers outdoors on the Josie Robertson Plaza.   For more info, visit www.alvinailey.org
